
This is what my first meal looked like. Essentially it was baked broccoli with parmesan cheese with a side of twirly looking pasta (I forget the name, forgive me.) The pasta had a nice buttery pesto sauce on top. The broccoli was the labour of love with adding all of it's spices and flavours.
All in all it was a pretty successful dinner. Parents both enjoyed it and had seconds on what I considered a mediocre meal. Starches and lots of veggies. How can you possibly go wrong?
